Do my rewards expire?

Membership credit does not expire.

What products are excluded from the rewards?

Some products such as wetsuits are excluded from the 10% rewards. This information is listed in the description of product pages.

Can I receive my rewards as cash or check?

No. Your rewards are solely applicable towards purchases made on Florencemarinx.com and Florence owned retail locations. Membership rewards do not retain any cash value, are transferable, and only redeemable for merchandise.

How do returns affect my rewards balance?

Any credit utilized on an order that is returned will have the credit added back into the member's account once the return is processed. If your membership account does not reflect these transactions, please reach out to us for further help here.

How can I use my reward credit during checkout?

To apply your reward credit during checkout, please ensure you are signed into your member account. You may also need to select the 'guest checkout' option instead of using the Shopify Pay method. You should then see rewards module above the discount

Can I use a discount code and my member credit on the same order?

We currently do not allow members to apply both a discount code and membership credit on the same oder. We encourage members to choose whichever order discount method works best for them.
