If your order has not yet been processed we can reach out to our distribution center to see if this change or cancellation is possible. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and shipped these steps are not possible. If your order has been processed and shipped we recommend having someone refuse the package upon delivery if the address is incorrect. Once it is confirmed that the package is being returned to us, please notify us so we can assist you further with placing an updated order.
